- Contact Information - The 1st step is required for all resident and non-resident families and individuals who wish to swim at Sundance Hills pool or particiate in pool activities during the swim season.
- Swimmer Information - You must indicate all swimmers who will swim during the season. Every member of your family age 9 and older must have a SHMD ID card to gain admission to the pool as a member. Anyone entering the pool without an ID card pays the guest fee daily rate of $15 and all guests must be accompanied by a pool member with a pass. Anyone under the age of 9 must be supervised by a person 15 or older.
- Dive Team - At this time we are determining interest for the dive team and whether dive team will resume this summer.
- Swim Team (optional) - You must be a member of the Sundance Hills pool to be a Sailfish swim team member. The swimmer's age on June 1 determines the age group in which the swimmer will compete for the entire season. Refunds for swimmers who withdraw will be available through June 8, minus a $25 processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT DATE.
- Payment - A summary sheet will be provided indicating your family SHMD pool registration choices. Fees are calculated and and summarized with specific payment instructions. No Sundance Hills pool registration and optional activities are valid until all fees have been paid.
